Relaxing suggestions

Hey guys,
I just wanted to give you some relaxing suggestions!
If you are having a back ache or a cold or a cough or any other sickness or you just want to relax on a cold day,listen to these simple steps;

1. Get a cozy blanket and snuggle up on a couch or next to a fire place.
2. Read a book, listen to some music or watch a movie.
3. Get a hot cup of coffee, or hot chocolate ( if you are a kid ).
4. once your done with the book/music/movie take a nap.
When you wake up you'll feel much better!!

Well I'll try to get more info on how to relax on a HOT day.
