I did not tell you the rules properly..
Step one go and look for judy
Step two if you find her, ask her to be your buddy ( dont worry she wont say no. )
Step three go to my blog, and comment your username
Step four, wait! ( I will ask her if she has you as a friend )
Step five, win something!
Oh when I saw Judy she said she would be changing her look.... if you see a
penguin called judycalls50 and she loooks different its her! She will be changing her look soon.
but not now!
